The scheme for handling failed banks after 30. September 2010 relies on a continuation of the Financial Stability Company with some adjustments. Continuing the Financial Stability Company will ensure that expertise on how to handle failed banks is carried on. This note gives a brief view on the Danish resolution scheme.
